TECHNICAL FEATURES The rapid change in our negotiation and education culture poses more demands on the furniture serving these needs. The furniture we wish to use must provide efficient work in every case. A given room must be furnished easily and quickly and must allow conversion into a conference or lecture room and should be able to host even a banquette following an event, all these without any difficulties. We recommend the desks of JOPLIN furniture line for these tasks since they are easily collapsible, and they can be transported, even into other rooms, freely with the help of the optional storage carts. They can be stored in storage rooms piled on top of each other easily, they require little space and do not get easily damaged during storing. Due to the space need of collapsible legs the smallest desk must be at least 1200 mm long. MAIN FEATURES OF MATERIALS USED FOR THE PRODUCT LINE The panels are made of laminated boards, the quality of which meets the requirements of standards MSZ 7102/2-86 and DIN 68765. Moreover, they even meet the strict environmental protection requirements of standards MSZ EN 120 and DIN EN 120. – The surfaces of these panels resist increased strain during usage, like: mechanical stress, heat or chemicals. – The edges of panels are closed by chlorine-free, environmentally friendly, rounded, 0.4 and 2 mm thick ABS edge materials for increased strain resistance. – Legs are multifunctional, collapsible, self-supported metallic structures. The whole leg structure is produced using chromed surface treatment thus providing high resistance against possible hits, scratches and other strains. Legs are only available in chrome.
